AppData Folder Not Visible Windows

Description
The "AppData" folder is a hidden folder by default in the Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. Hidden folders must be visible to install the sound set correctly.
Solution
In Windows Explorer select "Organize > Folder and Search Options" or "Tools > Folder Options" to display the Folder Options dialog.
Select the "View" tab in this dialog and then select the option "Show hidden files, folders, and drives".
Click "Apply" and then "OK" to apply your settings.
The AppData folder should now be visible in the "C:\Users\username\" location and you can continue installing the sound set.
Library Folder Not Visible OS X 10.7+

The User Library folder is a hidden folder by default in the Mac OS X 10.7+ operating system. This folder must be visible to install the sound set correctly.
Solution
There are several ways to view this folder:
Temporary
1. In Finder, select "Go To Folder" from the "Go" menu (shortcut: Shift+Cmd+G) and type: ~/Library
2. Option-click the "Go" menu in Finder which will display the Library folder in the drop down list
Permanent
1. Launch Terminal from the Applications folder and type: chflags nohidden ~/Library
The last method will permanently display the User Library folder as it was in Mac OS X 10.6 and earlier.
Commands executed through Terminal can damage your operating system and/or files if done incorrectly. Use caution when performing commands in Terminal.
Sound Set Package Is Encrypted Windows

Description
After extracting a Sound Set .zip archive on Windows the folder and file names may appear in green lettering indicating that they are encrypted.
Solution
Right-click the folder and select "Properties" to open the Properties dialog.
From the "General" tab, select the "Advanced" button to open the Advanced Attributes dialog.
In this dialog, de-select the box next to "Encrypt Contents to Secure Data" and then click "OK" to exit the Advanced Attributes dialog.
Finally, click "Apply" and "OK" in the Properties dialog.
The folder and files should no longer appear to be encrypted in Windows Explorer.
